- Successfully negotiated and closed IP asset sales, including:
- 1009 N. Rush Street, Chicago – Sold for $1.5 million
- 1011 N. Rush Street, Chicago – Sold for $850,000
- Licensed and sold intellectual property and brand assets tied to entertainment, hospitality, and retail sectors—including product lines, marketing rights, and brand names.
